We live in the historic district in downtown Wilmington and there are a whole lot of hoops that you have to jump through to get anything done. PJ took care of all the issues with the city so we didn't have to. PJ and his crew were very professional, cleaned up when the project was finished and did it all with a fair and reasonable price! I would highly recommend this company!
