I am the proud Founder and Vice President of 76 FENCE, the national, premier fencing company and franchise system that sells, furnishes, and installs wood, steel, aluminum, and vinyl fencing for residential and commercial customers across the US.

As an entrepreneur, I thrive on building successful businesses from the ground up. Prior to 76 FENCE, I founded, owned, and operated the widely successful CMS Illinois, LLC. We served Chicagoland with professional contracting services, including the installation and maintenance of commercial and residential fencing.

My background is far more diverse than fencing. I have been building websites since the mid-90s, and I have held business leadership, sales, and marketing roles since graduating college in 2005. I also have expertise in business marketing, sales leadership, branding, automation, SEO, content creation, website design and development. Executive leadership, management, creating positive cultures, and leading large sales and marketing organizations are also skill sets I have developed.

I subscribe to the philosophy that customer satisfaction starts with treating your employees right. For more than 20 years I have lived by that principle and I believe that leading a team and guiding them to a common goal is the measure of my own success.

As the CEO of 76 FENCE, and the Co-CEO and President of NextFran and Franchiseyourbusiness.com, I have been spearheading the development and expansion of ground-breaking platforms that bridge the gap between ambitious franchise owners and the most opportune resources and possibilities in the industry. My journey in the franchising landscape spans over 25 years, during which I have initiated, acquired, and escalated a number of triumphant brands across diverse sectors, including stalwarts such as Pro Martial Arts and Scout & Molly's.

With a portfolio embellished with the title of a certified franchise advisor and developer, I utilize my vast reservoir of knowledge and expertise to facilitate entrepreneurs in realizing their ambitions and objectives. My dedication not only resonates in providing strategic guidance, consultation, and mentoring to my clientele but also in devising and delivering avant-garde training modules and utilities for both franchisees and franchisors.

Positioned as a potent strategist and visionary, I possess the acumen to conceptualize and realize innovative business strategies, revitalize and fortify organizations, steering them towards a path of exponential growth and heightened value. My role is not just limited to guiding businesses but extends to sculpting visions into reality, nurturing aspirations, and fostering environments where dreams take a tangible form and thrive.

As the COO, I am responsible for the development and day to day Operations of the 76 FENCE brand.

I bring more than 15 years of franchise experience, starting with Auntie Anne's franchise, where I served in a Regional VP position before launching a licensed delivery company based on a proprietary technology platform that I developed.

In 2018, I joined Soccer Shots franchising as the VP of Operations. I oversaw curriculum, technology, product development, events, training, and franchisee support.

Understanding and implementing change management with individuals and across systems is one of my passions. I'm proud of my track record driving change management throughout multiple franchise systems. I also enjoy supporting new franchisees as they launch, operate, and scale their businesses for success.

I am a fast pace, articulate and highly energetic individual with a proven track record of Operations and Franchise Sales that span 35 + years. The majority of these years have been working with entrepreneurs seeking to find a business opportunity with a proven business model. I have worked extensively with both start-ups and conversion franchise prospects, not only in the sales process but in developing business plans, financial analysis and forecasting.

I have experience in lease negotiations and site selection. In a management role I have trained, directed, assisted others to excel in this environment. I have had management responsibilities over teams, groups and departments ranging from 7 to 150 individuals and have managed a revenue stream up to $125M.

I am a corporate communications, PR, and marketing executive, with over 20 years of experience, and a track record of success, mainly but not exclusively in the healthcare, financial services and franchise markets.

I am passionate about collaborating with my clients to tell their stories and to problem solve through communications & marketing strategies. My work requires me to be equal parts strategic thinker, message maker, bridge-builder, profile raiser, brand protector, relationship manager, go-to resource, and financial goals getter. Clients can count on me as a creator, connector, curator, communicator, conciliator, collaborator, coach and more.

My experience as both a senior executive on the inside, and a consultant working from the outside in, has given me a multi-dimensional understanding of the marketing and communications needs and opportunities of companies of myriad sizes, with different target markets and varying value propositions.

For the past seven years, I’ve dedicated my career to real estate, working as a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager. With a degree in Communication Studies, I’ve always considered myself a Creative, finding innovative ways to solve problems and bring a company’s vision to life.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me hiking and kayaking along the East Coast, clearing my mind with writing, or catching live music at every opportunity. My husband and I share our home with three cats, who are more like our children than our animals.

I’m deeply committed to social justice and animal advocacy, causes that I support whenever I can. My professional and personal goals are fueled by my dedication to positively impacting the world around me.
